CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least 4 FULL DAYS (96 hours) prior to a booking to avoid a 100% room charge. A 50% room charge will apply to bookings cancelled within this period due to severe weather. All cancellations must be made in person or by phone (calls may be recorded). Cancellation requests made via email, Facebook etc will not be accepted.
